The official due date is April 2 at 11:59pm PDT (convert to your time zone) (see a countdown).

The collection will go live on April 5 at 9am PDT (or thereabouts).

The collection will remain open to submissions after the due date/reveal date, so if you're still working, or inspiration hasn't quite hit yet, no worries! And if 6 months from now, you have an amazing idea for one of your unused titles, feel free to throw it in!

Sign-ups are now closed! I'm working on compiling all the responses, and titles will be going out in the next few days.

Welcome to the inaugural year of Insert Title Here, a title-first fic challenge.

We've all been there: you finish a fic, it's beautiful, you love it, it's all ready to post, and then the realization hits you. You need a title.

Insert Title Here solves that issue from the get-go. Here, you start with the title, and use that as a jumping off point for creating a fic.

The Basics:
During the signup period, participants provide 1-5 potential fic titles. At the end of sign-ups, everyone will receive 3 titles from the submissions. You can use all of your titles, or just one, whatever floats your boat.

All fandoms/pairings/ratings are welcome. There are no word count minimums or maximums.

Important Dates:
Sign-Ups: Feb 9 - March 3 (Signups will close at 7:00am Pacific Time. Check your local time here.)

Titles sent: March 3-5

Assignments due: April 2 at 11:59pm PDT (check local time here) You can find the collection for posting here.
